Here is lesson 6. Take your five year, or your fifteen year old, or your twenty five year old. Tuck them under your arm and read a book together. Laugh if its funny. Cry if its sad. Marvel at the human being next to you in all their beauty and weirdness and joy and sorrow. Then, play a game. Or watch them play. Keep the news off. Just try to be in the now because the now is ultimately all we have.

I love you people. Stay safe. Wash your hands. I will be back in better form on Monday.
